Job Responsibilities:
  1. Work with various channels and form partnership of collaboration, so to receive information on construction or renovation projects in office, commercial, public and landed properties sectors within Shanghai and surrounding areas.
  2. Understand the Shanghai commercial renovation industry;
  3. Have the ability to gather resources, discover new clients and maintain relationship.
  4. Research and identify target market. Take responsibility and action to the target market.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Technical College and above. 1-2 years experience in construction material industry.
  2. Should possess a positive and learning attitude while able to communicate effectively.
  3. Passionate in a career within the construction and renovation industry.
  4. Able to undertake pressure and have the confidence to achieve high reward.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Overall responsible for the turn-key project from pre-to-post construction. Must be able to abide to the contractual obligation and attain the desire objective of our clients.
  2. Organize all necessary requirement, suggestion and submission for the purpose of bidding of projects, within the context of the legal framework.
  3. Communicate with the appropriate government and local departments to ensure timely completion of pre-approval procedures. Also process to obtain the relevant approval and licensing within the planned time.
  4. Collate and write out the project management program, the project control plan and all necessary processes. Thereafter, able to execute the project plan proactively upon approval by the owners in concern.
  5. Timely and effective communication with various stakeholders in a project.
  6. Able to fulfil all standard operation procedure of our company.
  7. Manage project team and complete all tasks set by the company.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years on-site supervisionary role with at least 3 independently managed medium size project experience.
  2. Construction-related degree or higher accreditation.
  3. Candidate must be familiar with and have experience in:
    • Project construction programs/schedules.
    • Industry regulations, changes to policy and approval requirements.
    • The procedure of managing a high quality project from concept design, through to construction.
    • Various types of construction materials, processes and methods of installation.
    • Technology and equipment in use.
    • Engineering inspection and quality parameters.
    • Cost control mechanism throughout the construction process.
    • Occupational health and safety requirements.

5. Fluency in Mandarin and English

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for all recruitment processes.
  2. Daily administrative operation including:
    1. Record of Attendence Statistic
    2. Leave Record
    3. Booking of air and train ticket
    4. Handling of mails
    5. Delivery of tender document
  3. Responsible for tracking the progress, increment of salary and confirmation contract of new team member during the probation period.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for daily reimbursement and expense accounts.
  2. Accountable for the safe-keeping of company cash, receipt, bank deposit and records.
  3. Assist the Accountant to manage all types of accounting works.
  4. Verify all cash and bank transaction with accountant at the end of every month.
  5. Record and issue company official company invoice.
  6. Administrate petty cash of the company.
  7. Complete all assigned tasks given by the leadership.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Those with Accounting Certification will be an advantage.
  2. University degree and above.
  3. Familiar with all national and provincial law and regulation pending to taxes and finance.
  4. Minimium 3 years of related experience, especially in the construction industry.
  5. Familiar with all paperworks and process of accounting.
  6. Proficient in the use of accounting, Word and Excel office software.
  7. Willingness to learn, independent, analytical mind, meticulous, responsible and good communication skill.
  8. Shanghai residence permit holder.
  9. Able to speak mandarin and Shanghainese dialect.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Able to formulate and protect company’s various certification, ledger and accounting matters.
  2. Compile company’s yearly tax matter.
  3. Responsible for laising with Industrial and Commercial Bureau, Tax Bureau and banks on all accounting and audit matters.
  4. Responsible for recording and verifying all reimbursement and proof.
  5. Create various forms necessary for proper upkeeping of accounts.
  6. Independently able to formulate and analyze costing for the company.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Possess accounting certification.
  2. University degree and above.
  3. Thorough understanding of all national and provincial law and regulation pertaining to taxes and finance.
  4. Minimium 3 years of related experience, especially in the construction industry.
  5. Familiar with all paperworks and process of accounting.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Tertiary qualifications in interior design.
  2. At least 3 years experiences in interior design will be an advantage.
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD、3DMAX、Photoshop
  4. Familiar with the various process in furnishing and interior design specification.
  5. Good personality with an attitude for learning and adaptability. Excellent language and communication.
